Chamber rates do not include the prevailing Maine State lodging tax

Rates are based on standard double occupancy rate. A $25 fee will be assessed for each additional person over the standard occupancy rate.

Refunds will not be issued for late arrivals or early departures.

Smoking is prohibited anywhere on the premises

Pets are not allowed. (Ask about pet care facilities nearby.)

We welcome young guests over the age of 12.

Chambers are double occupancy and include full breakfast.

Please be aware that all guest chambers are on the second floor
and portage and baggage services are not available.

Reservations are guaranteed upon receipt of payment of one
day's stay or half of the total due, whichever is greater.

Please note that because we are a small bed and
breakfast cancellations impact us significantly. We ask for 21-day
notice prior to your planned day of arrival. This lead time will allow
us to secure the room for travelers who must coordinate travel plans to
take your place. We will make every effort to obtain another
reservation but in the event that we are not able to secure a new
reservation you will be charged for your entire reservation.

We accept Mastercard, Visa and American Express.

There will be an additional processing charge of $25 per room for all cancellations.

Check-in is between 3pm and 6pm. If this is not possible,
please call and make arrangements for alternate check-in time.

Check-out is 11:00am.
