Chamber rates do not include the prevailing Maine State lodging tax
Rates are based on standard double occupancy rate. Three guests are permitted only in our Chauncey Keep chamber with an Aero bed for an additional charge of $25.
Refunds will not be issued for late arrivals or early departures.
Smoking is prohibited anywhere on the premises
Pets are not allowed. (Ask about pet care facilities nearby.)
We welcome young guests over the age of 12.
Chambers are double occupancy and include full breakfast.
Please be aware that all guest chambers are on the second floor
and portage and baggage services are not available.
Reservations are guaranteed upon receipt of payment of one
day's stay or half of the total due, whichever is greater.
Cancellation: Due to our short season and small size, cancellations affect us greatly. Should you find it necessary to cancel your reservation with less than 21 days notice prior to your arrival date, you are responsible for all charges for days reserved. If you cancel more than 21 days prior to arrival date, your deposit will be refunded less a $25 administrative fee.
Check-in is between 3pm and 6pm. If this is not possible,
please call and make arrangements for alternate check-in time.
Check-out is 11:00am.
