Policies
Reservations are held for one week, pending receipt of personal check or credit card.
Personal checks, MasterCard, Visa or American Express accepted.
Check-in is between 3 p.m and 7 p.m. If you will be arriving after 7 p.m., please call us at 207-236-34343 so that arrangements for late arrival can be made.
Two nights stay required on weekends and three for holidays.
Cancellations:
Notification must be made at least 7 days prior to your scheduled arrival date. Canceling within this 7 day period may result in your responsibility for the entire amount of your scheduled stay, unless we are successful in rebooking the room.
A 14 day cancellation notice is required for all holiday stays and special weekends.
It is your responsibility to verify communication of a cancellation. A phone call is the best method. If done by email, a return acceptance notice from Timbercliffe Cottage is required before you can know the communication was made.
